GOD IS PREPARED TO PROTECT THE LIVING SAINTS UNTIL THE DAY OF RAPTURE
Perhaps one may ask that how can this be possible during such difficult times when greater atrocities would be committed against God’s people? Please don’t forget that I have already hinted you that the redemption work carried out in the land of Egypt must repeat itself in this end time too. That is, how the Israelites were not affected by the wrath of God in Egypt due to God’s protection for them must happen again. Also in the early part of this study I stated categorically that it is not all the righteous ones that would die during the great tribulation. Some of the righteous men whom the Lord thinks should stay alive, shall be kept by God on this earth till Christ return in many mysterious ways according to God’s plan for them. It is no wonder that the living saints could not be traced by their adversaries that might perpetrate such crimes. And those who are deemed fit by God to face the death penalty from the beast and his people shall also go through that martyrdom of the time.

I want to assure you that what Obadiah did in those days when Ahab and his wife Jezebel were persecuting the men of God shall be repeated. That is why I earlier on stated that the agony Prophet Elijah went through was prophetic to those of us upon whom the ends of the world are come. At that time there were about seven (7) thousand people that God protected from dying at the hands of those wicked people. Out of these lucky ones Obadiah alone was able to hide about one hundred (100) men and even fed them perfectly in Ahab’s own kingdom.

"Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.” 1KINGS 19:18

"For it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the LORD, that Obadiah took an hundred prophets, and hid them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.” 1KINGS 18:4

If these two texts are given as ensamples for how the Lord kept the righteous people in those days, why can’t He protect the modern true believers in this end time trials? Remember His sure promise for our protection in this end time in the book of Revelation. He says He will keep us from the hour of temptation (ie. the great tribulation) of the world.

"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” REV. 3:10

Our God has done it before and He really knows the way and the manner He would keep us also in this trial times, so don’t you worry. Only try to be obedient to Him by keeping all His words of patience. When the Prophet Elijah kept God’s words of patience (commandments), many provisions were made for his protection which made him escape Jezebel’s killings against God’s prophets.

(2) "And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, (3) Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. (4 ) And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there. (5) So he went and did according unto the word of the LORD: for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. (6) And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook. (7) And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land.(8) And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,(9)Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.” 1KINGS 17:2-9

Wow, what a great God of providence who cares for His children according to His promise for them: Just consider how bountiful provisions were made for those who remained loyal to God. It is to this end that I have assured you that God has already finished with His preparation towards keeping all those who have covenant with Him and shall face such persecutions.

(1)"The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. (2) Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined. (3) Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. (4) He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. (5) Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.” PS. 50:1-5

However, there is the need to note the difference between Tribulation and Retribution. The former that is, Tribulation is caused by human beings against God’s saints and the latter, Retribution, is a form of punishment from God Himself against disobedient people. In either side, God is able to protect His true believers from falling prey to Satan’s tentacles. As for the RETRIBUTION ALONE, fullest protection for God’s people is always assured since He commands His Angels to punish the disobedient ones for their wrongs: And for that matter He would not suffer His dear children to be affected by His own wrath.

But in the case of Tribulation, sometimes true believers are allowed by God to pass through all sort of sufferings based on the ability God endows with such people to endure such hardships in order to provoke God to anger. It is to this end that He has promised to keep those of us He thinks should remain alive even during the turbulent times of ‘666’ Persecutions. So this presupposes that PROTECTION is highly assured (REV. 3:8-11). So my dear one in Christ do not or never deny the name of our Lord Jesus Christ when this time of tribulation come your way to try your faith: For the DOOR of escape is wide opened for our best protection from the Lord (1COR. 10:13).CONTINUE HERE
